The Telephone Unit offers flexible hours and both daytime and evening work.
Interviewers and recruiters
As an interviewer / recruiter you will need to have been previously IQCS trained amd demonstrate a professional telephone manner, good listening and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Transcription
For transcription work, we look for accurate keyboard skills and experience with audio typing.
