Communication at all levels – inside Viewpoint Studios at East Molesey
Web usability testing is a very popular method of researching websites for ease of navigation or general feel.
We term groups up to 8 respondents as Internet Cafes. For these we provide wireless laptops which occupy minimum space and facilitate eye contact with the moderator.
For one–to–one depths involving web usability (Surf Labs) we use a webcam to give you a direct view of the respondent’s facial expressions and a picture viewer for simultaneous views of the webpage being browsed.
