The integrity of our recruiting is supported by rigorous quality control. As an IQCS and ISO [20252] accredited agency we
- Pre–check and back–check a minimum of 2 respondents per group (100% in many cases)
- Carry out annual appraisals of all interviewers and recruiters
- Undergo 6–monthly inspections by external auditors
