Sunbury – Directions
By road from Hampton Court
- From the Hampton Court roundabout, take the A308 towards Staines, passing Hampton Court Green on your right and Huck's Boatyard on your left.
- Turn left at the traffic lights, signposted Lower Sunbury/Shepperton.
- Carry on for about 2 miles, and turn right into The Avenue, then first left into the car park.
- Come out of the car park and turn right, walk down to the end of the road and then turn right into Thames Street.
- Viewpoint is located at number 73 with the red front door, opposite The Phoenix pub.
By road from London
- Head out of London on the A4 towards the Hammersmith Flyover.
- Turn off the A4 signposted Richmond A316.
- Continue on this road towards the M3 until you see the sign for Staines / Sunbury / Kingston A308. PULL OFF here. (just before you reach the start of the M3).
- At the roundabout take the first exit signposted Kingston A308.
- Shortly after taking this turning you will see a right hand turning with an arrow painted on the road.
- Turn right here into The Avenue – just before you get to the end of this road turn right into the car park.
- Come out of the car park and turn right, walk down to the end of the road and then turn right into Thames Street.
- Viewpoint is located at number 73 with the red front door, opposite The Phoenix pub.
By road from the M25
- Turn off the M25 junction 12 (M3). Head towards London.
- Then turn off M3 at junction 1.
- At the roundabout take 4th exit signposted Kingston A308.
- Shortly after taking this turning you will you will see a right hand turning with an arrow painted on the road.
- Turn right here into The Avenue – just before you get to the end of this road turn right into the car park.
- Come out of the car park and turn right, walk down to the end of the road and then turn right into Thames Street.
- Viewpoint is located at number 73 with the red front door, opposite The Phoenix pub.
by road from Heathrow, Terminals 1, 2 or 3
- On leaving the tunnel, turn immediately left signposted A4 (local traffic).
- At the roundabout turn right and then right again at the traffic lights, signposted London A4.
- At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A312 (Parkway).
- At the next junction, controlled by traffic lights, turn right onto the A30 signposted Staines (Great West Road).
- Follow the dual carriageway past Terminal 4 and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Feltham.
- Go straight over next roundabout and continue past Bedfont Lakes – follow road around sharp right–hand bend into St. Dunstan's Road.
- Go straight over traffic lights into Sunbury Road.
- Go straight over mini–roundabout into Vicarage Road.
- At Sunbury Cross roundabout (controlled by traffic lights) take 2nd exit signposted Kingston A308.
- Shortly after taking this turning you will you will see a right hand turning with an arrow painted on the road.

- Turn right here into The Avenue – just before you get to the end of this road turn right into the car park.
- Come out of the car park and turn right, walk down to the end of the road and then turn right into Thames Street.

by road from Heathrow, Terminal 4
- At the Terminal 4 roundabout take 2nd exit A30 Staines' (take care not to take the left–hand slip road).
- Follow the dual carriageway past Terminal 4 and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Feltham.
- Go straight over next roundabout and continue past Bedfont Lakes – follow road around sharp right–hand bend into St. Dunstan's Road.
- Go straight over traffic lights into Sunbury Road.
- Go straight over mini–roundabout into Vicarage Road.

By rail
- Trains leave from London Waterloo main terminal every half an hour and take 40 minutes to get to Sunbury.
- If arriving at Sunbury Station please note that there is no taxi rank but we can arrange a taxi on request.
