Depth interviews or a combination of groups and depths are charged at an hourly rate of £100 per hour or part thereof. These rates apply from arrival through to departure.
There is a minimum charge of £300 before 17:00 and £400 after 17:00.
An allowance of half an hour is given before and after a group booking. Any period of time in between groups greater than one hour will be charged at the hourly rate.
Please note, if you have one group in the daytime followed by one in the evening you will be charged single (not consecutive) rates. There is a minimum charge of £400.00.
Studio Hire Includes
- Dedicated co–ordinator
- Coffee, tea, biscuits and nibbles. Fresh fruit bowl for clients.
- All filming methods
- Audio digital MP3 recording (top floor only)
- LCD screens for playback and laptop connection for presentations
- VHS / DVD / CD / Audio PLAYBACK facilities
- Use of demonstration kitchen including chilling / freezer / microwave / oven facilities
- Flipcharts / clipboards / pads / pens
- Wireless, Internet and reasonable phone usage
- Reasonable use of photocopying
Chargeable Items
- Videoconferencing & Web streaming – members of the FocusVision Network (separate rate card on request)
- Internet access for 1:1 interviews (specialist equipment so that clients can see the respondent manoeuvring around the screen) – £100.00 per day including set–up time
- Use of laptop – £50 per day
- Simultaneous translation, up to 10 headsets available to hear translation – £75 per day. Interpreter can be arranged separately – price varies according to length of group and language required
- DVD copying - £5 per disc
- Home Economist – price on application
- Pan, tilt, zoom camera plus cameraman & video linking – price on application
- Black & White Photocopying: A4 (more than 50 sheets) – 10p per sheet; A3 – 20p per sheet
- Colour Printing: A4 – 50p per sheet; A3 - £1 per sheet
